Booking Fee Required

Non-Refundable Booking Fees (50% of service amount) are due for all appointments to secure date and time requested. You must pay the Booking Fee in order to book your appointment.  

-If you need to reschedule your appointment prior to our cancellation policy, your booking fee can be transferred (It is transferable only once) to the new appointment.  

-If you reschedule within our 72-hour cancellation policy, your Booking Fee will be forfeited, and you will be required to pay another Booking Fee to secure the new appointment slot.  

-If you reschedule or cancel within our 24-hour cancellation policy, your Booking Fee will be forfeited, and you will be billed and additional 25% of the service to have been rendered during the appointment. You will be required to pay another Booking Fee to secure a new appointment slot.  

Cancellations and reschedules are accepted up to 72 hours before the scheduled service. (You are allowed one appointment reschedule per Booking Fee). 

Cancellations within 72 hours of the service will result in forfeiture of Booking Fee. A new Booking Fee will be required for new appointment slots.  

Cancellations, Reschedules, and No-Shows within 24-hours of the day of service will result in a cancellation fee of 75% of the total service amount [Cancellation fee = Booking Fee (50% of service) plus an additional 25% of service].
